Sibling care

Our Sibling Support Package is designed to lovingly guide older children through the transition of welcoming a new baby. During your labor or postpartum journey, we provide emotional reassurance, age-appropriate explanations, and comforting rituals to help siblings feel included, safe, and valued. Whether it’s storytelling, gentle play, or supporting their involvement in baby’s arrival, we create a nurturing environment that honors their role in the growing family. This offering allows parents to focus on birth and recovery while knowing their other little one is held with tenderness and care.

Labor & Birth Care

Offers full-spectrum care beginning with a Birth Readiness Session between 32–36 weeks, where we finalize your birth plan, practice labor techniques, and provide partner coaching and emotional preparation through guided meditations and affirmations. As labor begins, we offer early labor support at home, continuous presence through active labor and transition, and real-time guidance for your birth partner. You’ll receive hands-on comfort through massage, warm compresses, and positioning techniques, all designed to ground, ease, and empower you. Our care is deeply spiritual, incorporating rituals, and herbal aromatherapy to help you stay rooted. Following birth, we remain present during the golden hour to support immediate breastfeeding, skin-to-skin bonding, and your emotional release, offering nourishing teas, cooling compresses, and belly wrapping to gently begin your healing journey.

Postpartum Care

Our 6-Week Postpartum Care Package is rooted in healing and designed to provide rest, nourishment, and hands-on support during the sacred first 42 days after birth. With care offered three times per week, you’ll receive healing herbal rituals such as steams, teas, baths, and daily belly binding with womb massage using oils. We prepare nutrient-rich meals like broths, porridges, and herbal tonics to restore your energy, while also supporting lactation, hydration, and gentle digestion. Emotional and spiritual wellness is honored through postpartum care rituals, and sacred rest. Each phase is intentionally crafted. Deep recovery in the first two weeks, to emotional bonding in weeks three and four, and finally, gentle re-emergence through movement, baby wearing, and self-care. You’ll also receive support with newborn care, breastfeeding, and light household help, allowing you to fully focus on your healing and your baby.
